Privacy Policy

This notice describes information handled through the All Financial Tips website and its contact channels. For a privacy question or request, use the Contact page.

Contact messages

The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. Name and email are required. The current form has no file-upload field. The website processes these fields to send the message to an owner-monitored email inbox and to allow a reply to the address you provide.

Website hosting, security services and the email providers handling delivery and inbox storage may process information needed to operate those services. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Do not include passwords, full account or card numbers, identity documents, tax returns or detailed financial records.

Technical information and external resources

Website requests can involve technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested page and time of the request. Hosting and security systems may process this information to deliver pages, investigate failures and protect the website.

Some pages or features may load resources from other providers, such as images, fonts, avatars or embedded content. Your browser communicates with the provider when such a resource loads. A provider’s own privacy information describes its processing. External links take you to websites with their own practices.

Comments, cookies and optional features

If a comment interface is available, the form shows which fields it collects and any option to remember your details. Comments submitted for public display should not contain private financial information. Login and other website functions can use cookies or similar browser storage.

Newsletter enrollment, advertising and analytics are separate features. They are not enabled by sending a contact message. Any new collection or subscription feature needs its own explanation and applicable visitor choices before use.

Retention and privacy requests

Messages and related records should be retained for the purpose of handling the inquiry, resolving a content or rights concern, protecting the website or meeting an applicable obligation. A privacy request can ask about a message you sent or request correction or deletion of information. Provide enough context to locate the record without sending identity documents or sensitive account details.

A request may require a proportionate identity check. Some records may need to be retained where there is a relevant legal, security or unresolved-dispute reason. Backup copies and third-party service records can follow separate processes. No immediate deletion or particular response period is guaranteed by this notice.

Updates

This notice should be reviewed when the website’s features, providers or information practices change. The FTC’s information-security guidance describes the value of inventorying information flows and limiting unnecessary collection and retention.
